Go to Ballard, find Paris. Deming Maclise and James Weimann opened Bastille to bring their love of French cuisine to our region, and, voilá, they nailed it. Before opening Bastille, they traveled to Paris and brought back authentic furnishing and decorations from the City of Lights. Bastille is known for using locally grown ingredients, including fresh produce from their rooftop garden.
